Easy, usually find what I'm looking for with few exceptions
First I was "told" I could get $5 off if I put in my email. I did that. Then when I chose a book, I was "instructed" that if I found $6.99-worth of more books to hit $39, I'd have free shipping. I went back and looked at a bunch more books that added up to $41.09. Then I saw there was a $2 off coupon if I spent up to $25. I clicked that. Then I went to CheckOut and found there was $19+ in shipping charges. I am so confused. So, I removed my books, which I figured out I could only do by putting them on "Wish List" and then hitting "Remove." I ended up with 1 book + tax + $3.99 in shipping, but I could use that $2 off coupon.
