Fast and easy, but should have been able find out earlier in the process that I would be able to use PayPal.
The shipping is what is rough. You offer free shipping on certain items but you don't know if you get that shipping until your final checkout. You offer a savings optimizer, but when I click on it it, that's not what ends up in my cart. Basically, I have no idea how much I will pay until the final shipping page. And then it's very time consuming to go back and try to find cheaper shipping items, but again, I have no idea how much I will pay in shipping until the very final "click to order" page. It's quite frustrating. I even reached out to customer service about the shipping and optimizer frustrations and even the response was confusing with a lot of information that had nothing to do with my questions.
It was quick and easy. I found exactly what I was looking for.
