Some tomes i recieve the wrong book sometines i ask for hard cover and get paper back

All book descriptions should contain synopses, or at least a table of contents.

The book I needed was out of print and hard to find. Alubris has what I needed and the order process was very simple.

I found the book I wanted and placed it in my cart.
I tried to use the search feature to find more titles from the same seller and qualify for discounted shipping.
When I searched the seller's inventory by author's name, I couldn't even find the title I'd just ordered.
I then logged in and found that my cart was emptied and I could not find the same book from the seller I wanted. So that seller lost some business when I found the same book elsewhere.
Why do you make it difficult to do additional business with the same seller?
When I went to check out, a variety of other titles were recommended but without a way to search the existing seller's inventory.
I then tried to correct an old shipping address you had on file, but all I could do was add a new one. I could not delete an address I no longer use.
Truly unimpressed with your system. Unlikely to look to Alibris in future.

I always find what I need at a low price here. Whether it is school books or pleasure reading. Most of the time when I compare prices, this cite comes out on top. One nitpick thing for me is that some of the books do not have summaries of what they are about. Otherewise, shipping comes on the date expected and sometimes before.

It was a quick transaction however it did slow down somewhat when I was checking out as a member and I kept getting a message that I was a guest. It finally worked out.

Buying multiple books at various supplies, there must be a way to consolidate or offer discounted shipping charges? Shipping was 5 times the purchase. Also, at current shipping cost, timeline should be reduced?

Kinda hard to figure out your coupon code system and then PayPal doesn't recalculate until after you advance the initial screen. Confusing and not as good an ABE which is a better site.

Love getting dictionaries and books from this site. Never had an issue.

Searching for books at easy. Some of the shipping cost are high. Otherwise there is a good selection for children.

Amazon better watch out! Alibris is a great site for quality books.
