Alibris sold me an e-book with no content. I was not eligible for a refund because it had been more than 14 days since I ordered. I finally opened the book on day 20 and realized the $70 e-textbook I purchased for college had only the cover available--literally the only "page" available was a picture of the cover. They refused to do anything to remedy the situation.

I received this response a few hours after posting my review. Thank you for taking this matter seriously. I will update my review again once I receive the refund.

I'm not sure what happened with that ebook, but it clearly wasn't as it was listed. The policy is no returns on ebooks after 14 days which is why you received that response, but since the item you bought was basically useless, it doesn't make sense not to refund you. I've pushed through your refund now, so you should see it show up on your credit card statement within 2 to 5 business days. I'm sorry for the trouble.

Easy but you charge a high tax amount of the product

I love shopping at Alibris. I found out about it from my daughter a librarian at Texas Tech University. I train teachers to work with people with dyslexia. I always introduce them to Alibris.

Always quick and accurate. I always shop alibris before looking elsewhere!

Found what i wanted quickly. Hopefully since mailing to Columbia, MD arrives in next couple days.

I love Alibris, I always find just the right book and they make ordering fast and easy!

Love this site. Shipping is a little more than what I would like to spend, but the quality of the books makes up for it.

Quick & easy. I was lured in by the hook my items were cataloged with -- "free shipping eligible" but disappointed when that option was not provided during the purchase process. Not a deal breaker.

Filtering to find items with free shipping is awesome

The constant adding security codes every time I want to delete something from the card is so time consuming! Why isn't the total price, including shipping, always shown, like other booksellers provide?

Your shipping charges for paperbacks is higher than Thrift books. My only quibble.

Long process because I thought I had to get $39 of items to get free shipping, but after much work, I realized most of my items did not qualify.
