I just wanted to make an account and order two copies of the same book, one to send to my father and one to send to myself. Just setting up an account, entering my credit card, and making a purchase resulted in:
- TWO complete failure website errors (I believe it was error 520? 502?)
- TWO times I had to re-enter my credit card details
- SEVEN times I had to re-enter my password
Your website is a bug-filled mess. I can't believe how stress-inducing and frustrating that was.
FWIW I am using the most recent version of Chrome, with no plug-ins, on the most recent update of MacOs.
It would be nice to see the prices as including shipping since the "shipping included" option covers very few books.
