I'm here to support book sellers that are not Amazon. The layout of your site is easy, clear and well laid out.
Your website operates well is user friendly and your selection of books is a delight
I just wanted to make an account and order two copies of the same book, one to send to my father and one to send to myself. Just setting up an account, entering my credit card, and making a purchase resulted in:
- TWO complete failure website errors (I believe it was error 520? 502?)
- TWO times I had to re-enter my credit card details
- SEVEN times I had to re-enter my password
Your website is a bug-filled mess. I can't believe how stress-inducing and frustrating that was.
FWIW I am using the most recent version of Chrome, with no plug-ins, on the most recent update of MacOs.
It would be nice to see the prices as including shipping since the "shipping included" option covers very few books.

Easy to find the book and the price is very reasonable.
I pulled up an old order because I suspected it went to the wrong ship to address and the history did not show the ship to, bill to, last 4 of the card. That's crazy. You need to do better to keep customers. Also you do not allow me to give feedback without agreeing to let you post in on public websites; why? Blessings, Will
You don't allow multiple credit cards; I tried having one carrt with 3 new books and one used one and the system just ignored my attempt. Amazon permits the combination, just breaks them out when the actual shipment occurs; breaks out shipment and payment.
Very easy user interface--good prices. Really well done--hopefully the shipping goes as well.
Very quick to find what I am looking for and finding rare books for much cheaper.

Some book sellers are not accurate enough in their descriptions.
I'm always a little hesitant to order because descriptions of books are sometimes inaccurate. However, I'm satisfied overall and keep coming back.
Would be nice to have an edit button for address during payment instead of having to start from scratch. Also your consent should be in legible font.

Alibris.com has 2 great features that I really like:
1) The Wishlist reminds me about books that piqued my interest in the past;
2) By clicking on the Alibris truck icon, I can easily narrow down my selection and take advantage of free shipping -- I love a bargain!
Before I placed my order for 1 book shipping from Ann Open Book, I attempted to add an additional 1 or 2 books in order to take advantage of discounted shipping. I found it very difficult to understand what-if-any-discount was being applied.
In the end, I removed the other titles from my cart and completed my order for just the one book at the full-shipping price.
Very happy to find this book and have it shipped in 2 days. For a report and I was beginning to panic I wouldn't find it in time for the deadline. Thank you

Placing order with Alibris is something that you never gonna regret. They are fast and reliable. Quality of products is superb.
I spent 15 minutes looking where to put OR for Oregon although the state was correctly typed into various slots. This could be a user friendlier website re: template. Shipping and prices higher were higher then other websites. This booksite had the books that I wanted. It's okay to spell booksite as such.
