I was glad to find the book I'd been looking for but for my overall order shipping was just as much as the books. I remember when books were 99cents each! Now they are closer to 4.00 and shipping is similar! Too expensive!
The $5-off coupon code did not reduce my bill, as Alibris claimed it would. Also when I tried to order 3 books, the Super Value Shipping offer was not effective either.
Cancelling a transaction after it was confirmed, paid(!) for and the book presumably sent off is very poor way of doing business. Finding a "replacement", for a higher price, is also ridiculous!

I have never had a problem buying from Alibris. Everything is in the condition I expect, things ship when it sellers say they'll ship.
Found 2 out of 3, placed order reluctantly: Last year, two orders resulted in junk being delivered to same recipient. Keep the bookstores from F***ing up what used to be a reliably good thing.
