This website is terribly difficult to navigate, not user friendly at all. It took ages to find the titles I was looking for in the clunky search tool. Half the time the titles were mismatched with the wrong season as evidenced in the merchandise photos. The checkout process was one of the worst, terrible design. After all that there was no where to enter the THANKS code to even get the five buck discount. That being said, despite exhorbitant shipping fees, he merchandise was still the lowest price through your site. Well done I suppose. If you can afford to hire some competent coders I expect you will get a good deal more buisness when would be customers do not get frusturated and quit after you clean up the interface. Cheerio.

I spent a lot of time adding items to my cart before opening an account, and then lost them all and had to start over. I specifically ordered multiple books from the same sellers because it noted a shipping discount. No shipping discount was applied. Shipping was very expensive considering the low cost of media mail.
