Quick & easy. I thought I had forgotten my password and started the process for writing a new password, then I found the old password. I thought, oh my, I will have to start all over again, but no, the old password was accepted right away! I might have just abandoned the whole purchase if I had to go through a lot of filling out forms, etc. But no, the whole purchase was easy and quick!

Trying to check out tonight was a complete nightmare that took more than 2 hours. I had to reset my password 4 times because it wouldn't allow me to login to check out after I reset it. I finally was able to check out after switching browsers and resetting my password yet another time.
Books easy to locate with good descriptions about their conditions.
I like being able to find obscure text books when I need them. I have a copy of A.M. Gaudin's "Principles of Mineral Dressing" from 1939. I do not loan books from my personal library, so I bought a copy from your website for a reasonable price. Prof. Gaudin's book is a bible for mining engineers, and there were 3 copies available from different sellers. Absolutely fantastic!
I had to enter my credit card info TWICE. Why? Why was it wrong in the first place? Does your computer automatically change the right to the wrong? How else could the month of expiration be wrong while the year was right? Also most hated is that you advertise a lower shipping price then increase it at checkout. Why? Cause you get away with it

Every book, good prices, shipping gets you a bit, but, hey, still cheaper than buying new.
