I place an order on 9/21 and my credit card was charged. Then I received an email on 9/23 that my order was cancelled. A refund has not been issued to my card, yet again I have to purchase the book from Alibris and at a higher price.

Books which I had put in my cart were no longer there a few minutes later. I had thought that they were reserved for a few hours, but my cart was empty/ emptied. One of the books- the one I was most keen to buy, was sold by the time I was able to sign back in and begin to pay. I have had this happen before, and find it frustrating.
