Generally speaking, your site is great. I am a little concerned that my credit card info is saved, and I don't recall ever authorizing that. Nor can I find my payment info to verify what card info is being used or change it.
I signed up for a book, An Immense World, that has free shipping. When I checked out, I was charged for shipping. I applied a coupon but even when the coupon was removed I still has to pay for shipping. This made you more expensive than Amazon. I even added a paperback to increase the price. No luck. I am unhappy with the shipping cost.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing through Alibris, I never heard from them and the prices are great. But I'm very happy to say the books I purchased were in great condition, almost new! Search field is too limiting. More information should be allowed to be entered. Also, hardly anyone has pictures on your site. This is not very smart, and I assume it is the booksellers themselves that are responsible for this. Pictures are critical and you folks should know that. I am a bookseller and I would always avoid buying a book without pictures and I don't mean stock pictures. Also, when a book comes here from you it shows 'Alibris' as the bookseller. This is unforgivable and although I was considering uploading my books to Alibris. I will not knowing these things. Also, what is this $#*! below that requires me to check your box before ordering. If there is a checkbox that should present an option. This has been a very bad experience.

I wish the minimum to get free shipping was lower, so it would be more competitive with Amazon for smaller orders.
I place an order on 9/21 and my credit card was charged. Then I received an email on 9/23 that my order was cancelled. A refund has not been issued to my card, yet again I have to purchase the book from Alibris and at a higher price.
This is to be a gift! Can't wait to give it! Hope the condition is as advertised!
