I always seem to have a little trouble checking out - forgotten password or expired card... I guess it's all because i don't use Alibris all that often, so my info seems to get old or forgotten between my visits. Other than that though, my shopping experience is always great on your site.
Shipping cost high for paperback - but book price offsets cost.
I forgot to sign in and added all my books to my cart. Once I realized it and did sign in it deleted my cart. Very aggravating that I have to go and find all of them again.

It was ridiculously long and difficult to place this order. I wished to just use guest check out instead of hasslingt to remember my password or hassle dealing with a new one. Typing in the c card information required numerous times doing it. Same with billing and shipping. A good customer experience? Encouraging to repeat? Absolutely not

It was OK -- not fantastic. I don't like this free-shipping gimmick with the truck logo, seemingly trying to direct my reading choices in a certain direction. You would win more favor from me with a flat minimum dollar amount to qualify for free shipping.
