There is no option to combine shipping on more than one item. I tried this on eBay, and it wouldn't let me contact you to ask you about that. So, I have only ordered a single book from you as a result and gotten the other books from elsewhere.
The way the free shipping is done is kind of confusing. It shouldn't show you're being charged when you put in your payment info if you're not being charged. I almost didn't buy until I reread all the shipping information again it figure it out.
I was shown another book by the same author and ordered it. I was not informed that it was from another seller. I bought it anyway, but should have been informed, as I thought I would save on postage by ordering another from the same seller.
You are competing with Amazon. I don't like Amazon, so I try to shop here. But your site is too complicated. Examples: coupon code does not appear when I got to checkout and I had to go to history to find it again. Then I had to put in my email again--at least 3 times. Not much information about the booksellers or where the book will come from. In general, your site is difficult to navigate.

Previously, bad. I sent two questions to sellers (Seattle Goodwill, HPB-Red Carrollton, TX) on 1/3/23; as of 1/6/23 have received no reply. Of course, the cost of my book had increased during that time.

I'm using a different web browser to purchase (personal instead of work) and the items that I added to my cart from the original are no longer available for purchase. I think that with the "keep for 12 hours" option, it would be nicer if you added an ip address filter or something like that.
Good so far, would have given 5 stars had there been a picture of the book, just to confirm it's the correct copy I'm needing.

You require more dollars worth of merchandise before giving shipping discounts or deletions. Therefore, I check your site last. This time, no one else had these books, your book prices were fair, so I was able to shop here. I do hate to pay $5 to ship each book, but I was glad to find them.
