You charged me $35 for 2 booms +shipping, then reneged on one book, telling me I can pay for a third substitute book plus shipping. 2 books for the price of 3. Why not refund the first non-book first, instead of asking me to trust that you will. Which is what I did. I hope you will honor my trust, and hope you will improve your process.
