Overall good except I really really hate that y'all pre-select the box to be added to your spam email list for every single transaction. I purchase books often, and it's easy to forget just once to unclick the box. What a sneaky, shady practice!
Don't automatically select the box for receiving promotional emails. That's a sleazy move. Otherwise good interface--easy to search and purchase.
Similarly, forcing me to allow this feedback to be published publicly is unethical. Do you really want my feedback, or are you trying to up the number of publicly viewable customer reviews? It can't be the former if it's predicated on the latter.

My gripe is that I could not use the THANKS coupon code that came when I joined. I was told I have to spend $50 in order to use the $5 off coupon. The email that included the coupon code did not say there was an order minimum.
Great price! This book is going to my grandson in prison. I really really hope it reaches him soon & in good condition. I am handicapped, so this is one of the few ways I can support him there. One drawback of your ordering site is the limited number of characters allowed for the address. So I entered the name of the institution with all three words together, no spaces.
