Lower prices and availability of wide range of books.

Book condition descriptions were clear and well described. Lower prices for some of my book choices were found and offered by the website. It was a good experience for me as a first time shopper on this website. Thank you.

So far the ordering process was swift and efficient.

Alibris is a lifesaver; I can usually find whichever book students ask for and get them very quickly for my classroom; I have spent a good $1,000 this year on books, furniture, and supplies, but Alibris lessens that expense out of pocket and products are usually as described with super fast delivery.

I would love the option to search for multiple books and have Alibris offer sellers with all of them available to save on shipping. It's currently very clunky to try to match them up. Part of my desire to use Alibris is to purchase used books for environmental reasons and shipping them from all over the place reduces that benefit. Not to mention the added cost of multiple shipping charges.

Adding to the order one at a time was very confusing. Not knowing until the end that I would not be charged for shipping was not cool! Over all it took a lot of time to complete this order and unfair to the helper, Urvashi.

Success in final purchase is a 5; but with several times there were roadblocks while attempting to obtain help along the way. I know it is not desired for customers to experience negativity, but possibly some could be addressed and changed. There were a few loops which negatively captivated efforts thwarting success.
They are probably rare. You are "practically perfect in every way" (Mary Poppins).

Items from same seller need combined shipping. They're going to lose more business for charging so much for items that qualify for Media Mail

There is no discounts for new customers.
Only if you spend 45$ then there a coupon.
Being a new client a person more then likely WILLN'T spend $45.
Plus on $45 the cost of shipping is alot.

You want customers to return. The amount of first order shouldn't be so high.
Because of this poorly decision. I opt out of emails and text alerts.

The descriptions and illustrations helped to explain the content of the books.

Fantastic -- clear, easy to find items, beautiful format for updating credit card, etc. Marvelous way of grouping selected books by vendor, thus saving shipping costs so I don't have to comb through multiple choices and do that myself!

Thorough description of books allows one to find a copy that suits one's preferences. Easy communication with sellers and ordering is pretty straightforward.

Ordering website very easy to use. Great price for this book.

There was no place to put my coupon. So I've had to check out twice now to without getting the advertised discount. Not cool.

I had to go into shopping cart to enter a coupon code after trying to find a spot for it when choosing to go straight to place order after adding a book to my cart. I thought there would be an option to add the coupon code before payment that way, but it was easy to find in the cart at least.
