Shipping is outrageous--of all the books I wanted the shipping was just as much as the books- I know it doesn't cost $10 to ship 2 books. I opted to buy from the University- as their shipping was 12.00 for 6 books, not 35 for 10 books.

I have ordered a number of times from Alibris when I want a used book in good condition at a very good price. Once again I wasn't disappointed. First of 3 books ordered came earlier than I expected, in condition exactly as had been described. I will continue to order from Alibris from whom I've had consistently good service.

$8 shipping for two books seem excessive. Also, the final "Submit" button shows an option that seems not to be optional. Reduced rating accordingly, to the lowest that doesn't raise even more barriers. Shoot yourselves in the foot much?
I wanted to purchase as a guest but the system claimed I had selected the "first time" option, which doesn't exist, then forced me to sign in with a password. This type of barrier drives customers away. Also, this page won't let me out without choosing followup, AND agreeing to having my comments published. Yet another barrier, fewer future customers.
