It's very confusing when my order qualifies for free shipping, but you show a $14.96 shipping charge on the Shipping and Payment information pages. If the checkout process could compute the appropriate shipping charge before asking for payment info, as most other companies do, it would make the checkout process much more understandable and not require inquiries to customer service about what's going on.

The State populates with my state's name written out and your interface wants it in a two letter code. Had to go back and redo the whole thing because state wasn't recognized. Just take it the way it populates.
