Everything I've received from here has been in great condition. No complaints!

It's very klunky. Not at all user friendly. It works. It just takes a lot longer to get it done and I have to reenter a lot of the same information.

I have found more "hard to find" books through Alibris than any other website. This present order is the first time I've purchased videos here, and once again - it's because they aren't available except with streaming services. So, Alibris continues to have a very specific and exclusive status in my life!

A really wonderful, easy-to-use online site to buy books. Been with Alibris for decades.

I know that there's a lot of book places out there but I've been doing business with a good 15 years and I always come back to them to find books and other information. And they treat me fairly with the billing and the price. I've never had a bad book even when it says Fair and I really trust that they do a good job because they're responsible for what they do.

I always find what I'm looking for at a great price

I always have a great experience when I'm shopping with Alibris! You can find any title/author you want and always several options for the various editions and pricing. Since I work at a local library, sometimes I shop here for books to replace older ones which have been damaged or lost, and quite frequently I recommend this site to patrons if they're looking to purchase a book for themselves or if they can't find a title on our shelves.

Found the book I wanted very quickly and am looking forward to its arrival so I can read it. I've heard so much positive comments about it.

Repeats of offered books are confusing. Easier to use site if a book offer is listed only once on a page.

Good enough. Found multiple copies of the book I wanted at a very reasonable price.

Prices are good, but shipping is almost a non-starter.

I love the website and the platform it provides for the little guys...

I had a really hard time changing the billing address. I had to log out and start over and then it wasn't that easy. Compared to other websites at least. Thank you.

Quick and easy and my books have always come promptly and in the condition advertised.

I recently purchased a book from this seller on ebay. The book they sent me was not what I ordered. When i contacted them, they said they did not have what I ordered in stock and that I would have to send back what they sent me to recieve a refund. Despite claiming that they cannot send me the book they sold me, they still have that exact book up for sale. They sold me a book they do not have and are stilling selling it despite not having it. I contacted costumer service several times and told them time and time again that I would not send the item they sent me back becuase I could not do so without incurring personal loss. The book they sent me was to big to mail without going to the post office. Why should I waste my time and money sending back something I didn't order only to end up with nothing? Finally after sending several messages and leaving several negative reviws, a customer service rep reached out to me and eventually refunded my money. I am greatful to have recieved my refund but it was an all around poor costumer service experience.

I purchased this book before from Alibris and it was canceled. I am trying again.

Experience is great. I'd like to have possibly saved some on shipping when buying from same seller.

Got a good price, although when I first looked for the book it was $3 less, but then that offer disappeared when I went to check out.
