Been shopping Alibis for years. Always satisfied. Only ever had a problem with a shipment once and it was very quickly resolved with a refund. Books are always in better condition than the description.

So far, 2 of my orders have been denied. Many days later. Have reordered each time, but have no idea if the books will come. Please check your dealers so they do not give false info to your customers
Professional and accurate. Someone needs to create more of these fabulous puzzles with at least 240 words. I've done all of the books with that, including those with 300 words per puzzle. There are no more….TY
Thank you for making it not too difficult. I've been doing these puzzles for several years. In my research,there are no longer puzzles I have not done that have 300 words per puzzle. Very disappointed. I've done all of them and would like to see more published. TY
Overall, my shopping experience was good, but your system/process for changing credit card info was unclear, awkward, and odious. On the scale of my own experience of updating info this one was pretty poor.
There is a HUGE variety of books that I've been searching for high & low, and I love that I can choose the edition that I'm looking for. Also, it's nice to be able to easily track my shipment.
