Very easy website to use. Lots of choices for price

I love Alibris! I am thumbing my nose at Amazon...I will always check here first and will continue to sing your praises to other educators, parents and book lovers.

The last purchase that I tried to make from you was cancelled by you. I saw the book listed for sale and you accepted my order. Only a day or so later did I receive a message saying my order had been denied - without explanation and without compensation. This forced me to purchase from another site at a much higher price than you advertised.

So easy to find what I'm looking for, so easy to arrange payment and delivery.

Theres multiple screens and confirmations to place an order. But when i go back and add an item there is only one. Not only did you go through my paypal wothout my permission i also needed to see the order broken down so i pressed the confirm button assuming the next screen would show me, horrified it was already placed. Ive cancelled an order with you before and it was tedious. I like this website but it is set up to be predatory, tricking a person into ordering more, assuming access to their paypal, and making it hard to cancel

Found the book I was looking for and the website was easy to navigate.

Price for this used book was $5.00 but when I ordered book it was $7.00. WHY WAS THAT? MISLEADING.

Was not able to put in 2 books, O wanted two of them
