This was my first experience with alibris purchasing a very expensive book for my parents. I was pleasantly surprised to find a coupon and at the very end of my purchase the order received free shipping. I am hoping shipping is quick because these seniors are impatient!

A "Sort" and/or "Filter" option so don't have to hunt down the "Like New" or "Very Good" books. Either that or sort them in order from New/Like New to Good initially
Your inventory database ought to be updated instantly when someone buys a book. I ordered a book 2 days ago, the transaction was completed, my account was charged, and today I'm told the item is not available and a refund will be made. This is the Digital Age, so why was the unavailability not known the instant I placed the item in my cart?
