The coupon codes were rejected presumably because shipping doesn't count, but this was not clarified, and I was forced to reenter information multiple times although part of the information didn't need to be reentered.
I was able to get a new trade paperback for a gift. The book I ordered is no longer very easy to find.

I wish the shipping cost was displayed in the cart, even if not added up for you in the cart total, so that you wouldn't have to go almost to the end of the purchase procedure to find out the actual total. It was difficult to compare the price/shipping/condition between sellers, but I still think I got a good deal.
