I couldn't find where or how to get my $20. Coupon for $70. Or More purchase! Wasted time trying to figure out how, then couldn't get back to my order & wasn't sure if it went through. I sent an email for help. Found a phone #, but recording advised me to just submit the email before phoning also.

I had to update an Alibris membership that was around 15-20 years old. Somehow I guessed what to do when the system kept forcing me to reenter my credit card without offering to change my place to have the book delivered. So it took under half an hour to complete my one-book order.

I'm a 1st time customer and found it very easy to order a book I've searched high and low for from other sources. Reasonable shipping charges.

Shipping costs are a bit of a shock, but, what the hey. It would be nice if we could get these books in ebooks, but what can you do?

Detailed search by publication date returns results of reprints of original books. I don't want reprints -- I want the original books.

Don't list items as available while they are not! That happened 3 times to me since April 20 and is a complete waste of time!

You shouldn't have to pay shipping fees for each dvd when you are getting more than one from the same place. They should send all of them at one time and only charge shipping fees for one package.

I HAD TO INPUT MY CARD NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. IT WAS REJECTED EACH TIME. I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE CREDIT ON IT AND IT IS NOT LOCKED BECAUSE I USED IT ABOUT AN HOUR AGO. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND USED ANOTHER CARD. IT ONLY MADE ME REDO THE CARD INPUT TWICE BEFORE GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTING PAYMENT FROM ME.
