Don't list items as available while they are not! That happened 3 times to me since April 20 and is a complete waste of time!
You shouldn't have to pay shipping fees for each dvd when you are getting more than one from the same place. They should send all of them at one time and only charge shipping fees for one package.
I HAD TO INPUT MY CARD NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. IT WAS REJECTED EACH TIME. I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE CREDIT ON IT AND IT IS NOT LOCKED BECAUSE I USED IT ABOUT AN HOUR AGO. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND USED ANOTHER CARD. IT ONLY MADE ME REDO THE CARD INPUT TWICE BEFORE GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTING PAYMENT FROM ME.

Generally, when ordering books you get what you ordered, but when ordering music you don't know what you are going to receive. You select CD and you get an LP or a cassette tape. Then they tell you you can't return it.
Stores shipping items need to make sure they are shipping the correct form of music. If it says CD they need to ship CD not some other form. If they don't have it, cancel it, and send a note why. Recently received a cassette when a CD was ordered.
This book was a gift to a friend. I was glad to see a straightforward process for shipping to an address different from billing address.

It is a bit of a hassle to change credit cards. I typed in all the information, and then the website zeroed it out because I was switching from a Mastercard to a Visa. So I retype everything, and then it didn't like the number. So typed it in a third time, and it finally accepted everything.
Why does the system raises up the price after I give away my valuable shipping information? Please update a note to inform future customers that during the process of purchase, there will be 7% charge through payment. This way, customers will be aware and it may help the company.
