I finally placed Dennis' order with MY OWN CREDIT CARD and he will send me a check. You wouldn't accept his card and he uses it every day. Took too long to get back to my email: over a week. Not in my SPAM folder. Pls try harder.

Y'all are always my first go-to for used books. Your web site is easily navigated and your selection is pretty comprehensive. I do wish there were a way to search within each store's inventory when searching for multiple books as that would possibly allow for combined shipping. Overall, outstanding selection and service. It was fairly straight-forward. Impressed by how cheap the books I got were.
I finally resolved the issue, but I wish that customer service would have told me I had to create another account to access my materials. The process has been very confusing and stressful and has been a waste of time.
At first I had trouble with my credit card. Eventually gave up and just used another card. But now I cannot even access my book! The activation email only sends me to an account creation link. There is no option to login. I tried putting in my credentials anyways and it did not work. When I reached out to customer support they just told me to go back through my email and follow the activation link... to the same thing. It should not have took me hours to buy a book that I cannot even read yet.
Quick and easy. Easy to browse and awesome selection of hard to find movies at a great price.
