Overall, easy to use. However, when I logged in I was advised that there would be reduced/no shipping charges. I feel that the shipping is too high.

Found order process was still active. Added missing detail and submitted. I was surprised to find the order pending 3 weeks after entry.
Favorite online bookstore. I don't mind books that have had a previous life. I like library books because it's fun to check the labeling to see what city the book came from.

I have not had any problems w Alibris at all. What's not to like? One saves money and the environment at the same time while enjoying books!
I've always loved being able to get older books that I want to replace or give to someone.
The site was easy to navigate and had what I wanted.
Need tracking info since books will not be arriving together.
Everything was pretty seemless, decently priced and detailed if the objects arrive just as they described than a 5 star might just be on its way.
