Going through a password to log in is a paid in the neck. In a brick and mortar store I would just pay for the product and take my purchase.

Ordering and payment process is very simple. Now to see if the book arrives as it should!
I ordered the book I wanted. Within about a day, I received a notice from Alibris saying the seller no longer has the book, so they cancelled my order. They did, however, send me a link to see if I can buy the same book from another seller. (The one I originally ordered was listed as "new" and was under $20.)
By the way, on the page that the link took me to, the original seller is still listed as carrying this title (if my memory serves me about the name of that particular seller). That is strange.
The alternate sellers of this book list the condition of the ones they are selling as either "Good" or "Very good". I am in the process of communicating with one of them to ask more specifically about the condition of the book s/he is selling.
Will keep you posted as to how the experience goes from here on out.
You keep trying to charge my brother-in-law, because I once shipped a book to him! Very difficult to fix the mistake once it appeared on my order, and I hope you charge the correct person (me) and send the book to the correct address (mine)!
Went fine. Only once have I had a negative experience with one of your vendors. Never got book nor answer from vendor. Otherwise, all transactions have been super.
