I have been buying books from Alibris for decades and have always been completely satisfied. They have books that you can't find anywhere else for a better price than anyone else.
I ordered a book from Alibris and never received the item I purchased. I received the incorrect tracking number and after several back and forth emails whoever I spoke to said I would receive a refund, which I have recently received. I would have rather received the item I purchased but that was not the case. There is not a number to call to speak with anyone. You have to email customer service and they will respond back via email. If you place an order, proceed with caution.

The account sign-in is a big pain. I searched without signing in and tried to purchase but entering my e-mail meant that the sign in was not optional. Great. Forgot password and went through magilla and signed in. Then the cart was gone. Back to searching the books. TOO MANY PAGES AND PROCESSES TO GET TO PURCHASE!
