The original dvd was apparently unavailable, yet you sold it to me, then canceled the order, then put a similar dvd in its place. My issue is that I was unable to look closely at the dvd you put in its place. I did not see that dvd in the list of options from ALibris as I was scrolling through selections, at least that I could tell. I could not tell if this new option you gave me had two discs, like my original selections-there was no was to tell.

Everything was fine until reaching the checkout page. Page indicated I needed to pay shipping even though I qualified for free shipping. It took an email to Customer Service to find out shipping charges would be removed at the Review page. You almost lost a customet due to this miscommunication.
A bit too complex. There is a selection/order/pay/ship routine that I found trying. To figure it out/ use it I had to spend 15 or so minutes over 3 visits. (almost gave up and tried another seller).
