There is an interface problem; I was shipping to an address in the UK, for a book sold in the UK, but it still charged me for international shipping. (My billing address is in the USA, but the transaction was 100% in the UK.)

Assuming the book shows as advertised and in a reasonable time (which I understand is a USPS issue), the rating will be a well earned 5 stars.
The original dvd was apparently unavailable, yet you sold it to me, then canceled the order, then put a similar dvd in its place. My issue is that I was unable to look closely at the dvd you put in its place. I did not see that dvd in the list of options from ALibris as I was scrolling through selections, at least that I could tell. I could not tell if this new option you gave me had two discs, like my original selections-there was no was to tell.
It has been easy, compared to many other Internet sites.
