Easy, simple, ordering is a breeze. One complaint however--once in a while in ordering a DVD, it will show up on the order as a Blu-Ray. Please pay attention to detail that when ordering a DVD it shows up as such.
I have had trouble in the past with my order going thru and also getting all the DVD's -sometimes they sent the wrong item-Bluray instead of DVD. But looks like it got ironed out and I am happy to order from you now
Once I got it figured out how to order--checking to ensure that a blu-ray wasn't by mistake entered, then things work very well. Some of these suppliers have incorrectly labeled the DVD's...you click on DVD but in actuality it is a blu-ray. Now I know how to spot them and fix them.
Shipping is far too unreasonable. When getting more than 8 or 10 DVD's from one company it should be no more than maybe $5 or $6. The only reason that I placed the order while biting the bullet on the outrageous shipping, was because I have been searching for these DVD's for a long time and their individual prices were excellent. Please at least attempt to curtail the shipping. -Thank you
