It's pretty limited at this point- all I have done is click on a link, initiate the order, enter my address, choose a payment method, and now it's done. So far, so good.

I wish that the free-shipping books showed up correctly totaled before the final screen. Instead, shipping is added to all the books, and only at the final screen, the free shipping is applied.
When I submitted the order to Paypal, it included shipping charges for all the items, even though all but one item were eligible for free shipping. It was only AFTER I left the original screen that the price reflected corrected shipping charges. This is particularly annoying to not see an accurate amount being sent to Paypal.
Shippng costs are a killer. If alibris would drop charrging for each individual book its profits would increase exponentially

A little more honesty in shipping costs would be appreciated, especially knowing the books are going to a Canadian address, before the final tab.
Sometimes the shipping charges are outrageous, and have caused me to delete things from my cart. For example, two dvd sets with the same number of discs, and from the same shipper: one is $4.99 to ship, and the other $10.98. It's inconsistent and foolish.
