Unfortunately, my last order was short 1 book in the package. Advising folks to wait for 20 days to see if it arrives is not a pleasurable experience. I enjoy the site, but, if customer satisfaction is the goal, then, a bit better attention to packaging the order properly is required, and/or a better response when a mistake is made.

This textbook is so expensive from everywhere, and most of them were for digital versions. I find digital versions difficult to use when you're trying to watch videos, code, etc. I like to have a physical textbook when I'm multi-tasking.
Coupon codes are useless. FINALLY succeeded using a $1 savings but only after much searching and too numerous trials. "Shopping" with alibris was easy enough; obtaining a discount was quite another story.
