I've used Alibris many times, and it's usually so easy. Tonight you made it very difficult. You had the wrong billing address associated with my credit card, but there was no simple way to correct this. (In fact, I didn't correct it, but my order eventually seemed to go through.). You indicated that my item was eligible for free shipping, then you charged me for shipping at checkout. The receipt was only half visible on my screen, so I don't know if there were other errors as well. I'm very disappointed with Alibris tonight.

It is extremely difficult to see the shopping cart on your webpages - and as a matter of fact I did not see it on any page, so I ended up accidentally adding the same dvd 3 times in an attempt to find the shopping cart.
I have always had a great experience with ordering from here.
