My daughter needs this book for her class. Having the first order cancelled is really setting her back in her reading and studies. We were expecting the book next week. Now it looks like we have to wait another 4 weeks. Is there a way to expedite the shopping without paying extra...since you cancelled the original order?
Not seeing validation of free shipping before entering all the payment data was confusing. Maybe "everybody else does it" is largely "true," but that doesn't make it a good idea. After seeing a prompt saying all that I needed to get free shipping was select another eligible item over x dollars the program showed me still not getting the free shipping that it had "known" when it prompted me to select more eligible items. This misled me to think that I must have made an error and I recycled my order info repeatedly until I took the risk to assume it wasn't a slick scam. After all, I don't know you from Adam.

My only issue is elapsed time until shipping. Often two weeks will pass before I get the 'shipped' notice. The offerings available are reallyimpressive, but once sold, most of the sellers put little emphasis on shipping in a timely manner.
