1. My shipping costs more than the books. Put them all in the same box and charge me once!
2. I was unable to change the name on my credit card to something different from my shipping address without starting all over.
Need to knoe shipping arrival date earlier in the process of ordering. Other websites like eBay trll you onnthe listing immediatrly so you can shop honestly comparatively and make the best choice.
It would be nice to include the shipping cost, which will help the buyer to decide if they can afford it.
