I placed my order. As I clicked send I saw that it was not sending it me but to the last person to whom I had mailed a gift. I immediately tried to change the address but it seemed to be too late. I got a shipping notice that said it was going to the wrong address. But then they did actually send it to me, and quickly. I wish that during the ordering process it was clearer where things would be shipped. For example I would like a box that says: Ship to this address. Instead it went automatically to the last address used.

Bought a book that I read and re-read obsessively when I was 12-13

Alibris is my Go-To place for books, etc. I usually always find what I want.

Pretty good experience with cost and delivery. I wish more padding or some cardboard was used to better protect the books, especially with corners and the spine. Postal delivery can be rough with packages.

Your "$20 Coupon" email was misleading. It implied that simply by clicking I could get a very decent discount. Then your website had improperly retained my billing information AS A GUEST with a completely mistaken attribution of the address for both billing and shipping as my niece in Hawaii's. I had to undo all of the shipping and billing information which was not a simple clarification process. I had to play detective to figure out how to change it by first updating the billing information then the shipping information. And then find out that I would have to spend $140 to get $20 off, or update to $25 for another $3 off, and probably increase shipping by another $10.00.

Found the book, ordered the book, paid a fair price, enjoyed the book after it was delivered in a timely manner.
