I have previous books on order which have displayed order numbers for tracking (shipping) numbers for over 2 weeks even though you claim they have shipped. What gives.
The information on checkout form needswork. You don't know what shipping is until checkoutbor if it's even available. And what book is hard, soft, etc. info needs to be real time as you are shopping because some us have to set limits on our shopping.

My order was placed and received in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that one of the books I received was advertised on the site as a boxed set but when the order arrived it was the first book of the series. Had I known that it was a single book and not the set I probably would not have ordered it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful as usual.

One of my earlier orders was partially delivered. USPS indicated that the item hasn't been shipped. I asked the seller to explain why the book has not yet been shipped.

Your process of check out, discounts, passwords, phone and e -mail is a pain. This is the third day I've tried to purchase books in the last week. 1st try was Monday or Tuesday. Gave up after 12 tries. Thursday, gave up after 5 tries. Today almost gave up after 2 tries, but tired again without discounts', finally went thru. May or may not ever try again.
The book had more wear than I expected given the description, but was really just fine.
