Fast shipping and good prices. Wish the mobile site was more responsive, it's difficult to navigate. Minor damage to one of the new condition books (shipped directly by alibris) so that was disappointing. They were packed decently but certainly could have been more protected. Still a very good value!

Wish the search bar would have subject on it. Otherwise good site.

Occasionally I have students who struggle to buy books. My favorite thing Alibris does is to make it possible for me to have a few extra copies on hand to share with those students.

I love ordering books through Alibris. Prices are great and checking out is easy. They always have the book I am searching for.
I can not justify spending more than $20 a book for something I will only read once from big book stores. It also helps keep down waste by ordering used books.

Alibris is the only used book website where I order books. Since I rarely buy new books, that means a lot of books for a given year. I have a library of about 2,000 books and have only been disappointed once in the past many years. I began ordering from Alibris after half.com discontinued service. The communication from sellers is very satisfactory and the way Alibris keeps me informed when books are shipped is pleasing. I'm a satisfied customer who looks forward to continued satisfaction.

I am frustrated that when printing a record for my files, I am not provided with the option to have the paper orientation be 'Landscape' (so that the print will be large enough for me to read easily. Another concern is that there is no option to provide a message to be sent to the bookseller, which I like to do in order to request my book be packed in a protective manner. Otherwise, thank you for making this great academic book available on the Internet!
