I think asking customers to describe their experience in a minimum of 50 words is asking too much.
I wish shipping charges were available earlier in the process. It sometimes affects which source I chose for a particular title.
I have been very happy with Alibris as my book source for many years now. Some other sites offer free shipping but the often up the price of the book to include shipping costs. I find Alibris prices are equivalent or lower overall. And with the rating of book condition, I have never been disappointed with order. Any rare problem (my listing the wrong shipping address, for example) has gotten personal attention.
