Your methodology of basically not talking with your customers sucks. I was willing to pay expedited fees in order to get my book in one day. Your website said the best I could do was 2 days, so I resigned myself to that. Then, after I put in all my time of generating my account, my address, my credit, I see that the best shipping I can get is 3 - 5 business days. How very unprofessional and disappointing...you don't do what your website says you will or can. Receiving the book in the time frame I needed was critical since I was travelling with several people who were in the book and I wanted them to sign it.

I've always tried to order from Alibris, mainly because it's not Amazon. Also, they have proved to be a solid book reseller and have what I'm looking for most of the time.

It was easy to place the order, and I was very happy with the product and turnaround time. Even though it was a used book, it was a former library book, and in almost mint condition.

I found Alibris completely by accident, and I am definitely returning. With a vast collection of content, I was able to find what I was looking for at a cheaper price than every other service I've used. The product I bought came in great condition, and I couldn't be happier.

I've been an Alibris customer for over 10 years. I've always been pleased with the condition assessments and prices. I've kinda come to think used book dealers are more honest than they are dishonest. It's a shame fewer people desire paper books as opposed to digital books, generation gaps exist... I'm doing my part to preserve the heritage rolled up in paper books!

I ordered a hard out of print bluray called "Just before dawn " The price was great, and the bluray in very good condition. Shipping was fast and secure. AAA shopping experience.
