Interesting selection, often has books no one else does. Prompt, efficient service.

The book did not come damaged whatsoever and was delivered quickly.

After adding this to my cart I noticed a note that the item was no longer available but I went to my cart and checked out using Pay-Pal. After choosing my payment method I was reverted back to Alibris to make the payment, something I never had to do on other sites, very confusing on both accounts.

Website is easy to navigate and prices are good. The selection is also very good.

After unclicking the "Billing and Shipping Address are the same" button, it was unclear which address you should enter. Once I entered the shipping address there and discovered it should actually have been the billing address, it was almost impossible to change it.

Placing my order with Alibris was easy, the pricing was very good and I received the order timely!

Alibris is the only place I go. A great plan to support independent booksellers around the country.

Every book I have searched for was available and shipped out quickly. The shipping fess, which are always very reasonable were often higher than the price of the book but those prices plus the shipping fee still was a good bargain. Buying a book for $2 or $3 and sometimes less is not to be found anywhere else.
The books I have purchased were just as described (fair. Acceptable, etc) only one was not. I had ordered a new book and a used copy was sent but this error was very quickly resolved.

Tried to say above - Wait was longer than normal and in one order - book was in very poor condition and had to be discasrded

I have always received excellent service and follow-up, such as updates, from Alibris.

When I read a reference to Katherine Anne Porter's "Pale Horse Rider" a trilogy set during the 1919 Influenza epidemic when masks were in general use, I was able to get a copy from Alibris without difficulty or great expense. I have never failed to receive a book I ordered.

Your interface is a bit clunky, but it gets the job done. I very much appreciate being able to buy used books from independent sellers.

The packaging for the books was not sufficient, the books could be seen through the packaging and the corners were damaged.

Excellent book in very good condition, arriving on time.

Great prices and accessible user friendly website.

Mostly a good experience however an occasional glich on your website which prolonged the ordering process

Finally located some hard to find books, and the price was fair, and the shipping was very good.
