When I went to change password and came back the price was then 8.82
What happened in the time in between
Hi. The exact copy and price of three books that I had in my shopping cart disappeared when I tried to go from guest to login. I'm doubting that those exact copies got snatched up by someone else in the few minutes that I had to start over. I think they were stuck in the cloud in a phantom shopping cart. Thus, I ended up not buying one book that I wanted and paying higher price for another one. Your team's response to my email inquiry was very good and everything else about the transaction was fine. Was referred to Alibris from another site when I clicked on "items eligible for free shipping" but when I got to the site and ordered I was still charged a shipping fee unless I made other purchases. The item price on the previous website was the same as on the alibris website.
