Hi. The exact copy and price of three books that I had in my shopping cart disappeared when I tried to go from guest to login. I'm doubting that those exact copies got snatched up by someone else in the few minutes that I had to start over. I think they were stuck in the cloud in a phantom shopping cart. Thus, I ended up not buying one book that I wanted and paying higher price for another one. Your team's response to my email inquiry was very good and everything else about the transaction was fine. I have always found Alibris to be the go to source for hard to find books. Quality of merchandise, price and shipping is excellent. I always use Alibris.
Each step, from finding a selected book to turning it into an order, is clear/easy to follow. Putting together an order only takes a few steps and no time at all.

Was referred to Alibris from another site when I clicked on "items eligible for free shipping" but when I got to the site and ordered I was still charged a shipping fee unless I made other purchases. The item price on the previous website was the same as on the alibris website.
