I have had no problems over the years with Alibris, a couple of books have failed to arrive and have been promptly refunded. The only book which was not as described came from the USA and was one of very few copies available so I did not complain. Over the years one gets to know the reliable sellers on the site and I try to limit buying to these. Overall it is a good and reliable service
Have bought from Alibris for some time now, the only time a book failed to arrive I was quickly refunded. Over several years only one book was not as described, it came from the USA and was in poor condition, it bore numerous stamps for Beverley Hills Public Library.; I suppose that does add character to it. Otherwise I have always found Alibris very reliable and I can usually find what I want on the site.
