Easy to find the book that we needed for our daughter's course, and it was a good price.

1. The s/w is confusing (why have an auto-input of "Resident I...") inthe organisation field. There is no option to amend billing and shipping addresses directly during the check-out process; the user has to backwards in the sequence to do so.
2. The shipping information states that books will attract a charge of £2.99 for the first item and £2.19 for additional items, yet there is a charge of £2.99 for both if the suppliers are different. Misleading.
At the start I wanted to know about delivery times which sees to be secret!
Poor website, bad service, have not received a refund from a book that I bought, which got cancelled almost immediately after I ordered it.
For future references - please ensure your stock is updated on the website as I needed this book (which can only be bought secondhand these days) for important training that I am doing.
All good! But one star less because the website still doesn't have direct information about the stock situation like on bookdepository or other bookstores, so it is possible that after a week or more, the order gets canceled by the seller, making you waste time and/or maybe losing a better offer somewhere else

I have an account with Alibris, but the sigh in page continually refused to accept my e-mail and password. When I went to change the password your e-mail said you had no record of my e-mail, so I had to try to sign in as a guest but it wouldn't let me do that either as it seemed to recognise my e-mail as already registered. So I had to go and open another e-mail account to register with. I got there eventually.
Still not able to use the coupon, still frustrated over that
I tried to use the code that I received for a discount but it didn't work, even though the amount I was ordering without shipping costs was sufficient for the discount. Very frustrating and disappointing
