I am ordering the FOURTH edition, everybody else tring to sell copies of this book gets editions muddled impossibly.

The first thing I noticed is that the website has all the books, I didn't feel like I was limited in any way, I ordered just now, so the actual shipping process will show soon enough, but one thing is for sure, alibris has good prices, especially for people who purchase books all the time

Minor annoyances in entering billing info. Other online ordering schemes automatically put in spaces after every four digits of the credit card number; this makes it much easier to check for typos. And why can't you simply program to ignore an irrelevant trailing space in a US state code, instead of making a fuss about it. The whole reason that we use computers is to make life easier for our customers, innit?

Alibris is easy to choose, easy to order and quick delivery, brilliant.

Frustrating having to type the author in each time you add a book to the basket. Why can't I just go back and keep on using my previous search

You failed to deliver my original order, #*******, that I made on 28 November 2022, and only when I emailed you on 17 December did you quite casually reply to say in effect, Oh sorry, but you can order it again (from the same people). I have done so, and been given a new order #*******, but I don't have much confidence that it will be delivered this time, or that you will be able to sort out the money side of it. It's particularly annoying because I had originally ordered it in good time for a Christmas present.

I added several items to my cart thinking the shipping would be combined and it always showed the same shipping amount but at the last step it was revealed that shipping is paid per item. I had to remove items. There should be a disclaimer about it before checkout.

I had great difficulty in logging in as an existing customer. Even when I changed the password the system indicated it was incorrect. I removed both email address and password then retyped them and then it worked!

Convenient way to source both new and secondhand books at once online and relatively locally.

Paypal link not accepted and i had to input my card details and save. I prefer not to save any card details on any site

The checkout interface is a bit buggy, but it works.

Excellent in every way; will shop for my books with Alibis from now on.

Dissapointing as this is the third time I have tried to by from your current availability list. This has not happened to me before. How often does list get updated?
