I went round in a circle several times because changing the shipping address automatically changed the billing address. However, I was not able to select the billing address even though your system already had it. Sending a gift should not be so complicated!

I had to type in my payment details about 10 times before the website would accept it. First it gave me the option of paypal, then when I selected it it disappeared and took me back to the card details. Which it then wouldnt accept.

I selected a copy of a book in Very Good condition and added it to my basket. I went to checkout; it said there was nothing in my basket, though there was. I went back, and that copy was gone. No explanation.

The Site interface is not very good when I find the book. There's a long left column of books I'm not interested in, before scrolling down to the one I want.
