I found the process of placing the order a bit awkward. I was shipping to a different address from my billing address and I didn't find it intuitive and couldn't edit the address at one point when I wanted to and the usual clicking on the top left icon on a website to take you back to the home page didn't seem to take me back to the home page. The ordering process could be significantly improved.

Fantastic easy experience as long as one remembers to change the default Euro currency for here in the UK is and always has been pounds Sterling. The double exchane charges last time when i didn't realise i had to do this was extortionate.
The interface feels outdated by about 20 years. I ran into technical issues twice and had to leave and come back. There should be a way of updating billing information on the main account page. I deleted an old address from my account page, only to have it show up again when I got to payment info.
Excellent apart from the extra bit, after sign up for voucher there was no instruction as to what to press next

This one was fine, hopefully, but several orders placed in recent months have not gone through and resulted in cancellations with refunds by the sellers.
