Sit just wasn't working at all earlier. Finally placed my order name after umteen mistakes in filling in credit card details (some of which mine btw). Anyway 2 stars just so someone knows the website was down earlier and it did impact people.

There was something very odd in the payment area/card number - 1st card used message said number incorrect - which I corrected but it didn't refresh properly. After several attempts went back to the beginning and started again... frustrating as unable to completely edit all the fields hence starting from scratch

Frustrating the shipping costs aren't revealed until basket stage. Putting a higher shipping charge than the value of the books seems disingenuous when they're shipping from the UK.
